Since I did well at the local CVGA Tour and had a blast, I was able to convince my parents to let me play more tournaments, so I joined the US Kids MN Tour, which consisted of six events. I was able to win five of the six tournaments and took 2nd in the one I didn’t win. On this tour I played against kids my own age and from the US Kids standard yardage for the Boys 6 & Under flight. I ended up winning the Tour Championship and also the US Kids MN Tour Champion season-long award, Player of the Year. This was super exciting for me because I earned an exemption into the US Kids World Championship at Pinehurst in North Carolina, a 3-day tournament in August 2023 for the best golfers around the world that are my age. I made a lot of friends while playing the MN Tour and look forward to seeing them again next summer!
